So, y’all need to meet Cherish. One of the sweetest souls I have ever met in.my.life!!! She seriously has one of the most vibrant personalities on earth and her energy adds so much beauty to any room she enters! I could gush over her loving and beautiful heart all day! (No, I really could!). Getting to know her was such an incredible blessing!

So, let’s back up a little and dig into Cherish’s beautiful story! Cherish emailed me to be a model for my series I was doing on women who were learning to love themselves (which, wasn’t so much a series as it was an intro to EXACTLY what I want to help women do! Hint hint: I want you all to LOVE YOURSELVES!!!!). Her email was so so cheery which was exciting! But, it told of her struggles with an eating disorder. It also told of her extreme desire to love her body and how she was excited to do this session for that reason!

Cassie wrote me explaining her desire and daily struggle to love herself. Her writing showed how desperately she wanted to love herself every moment, not just some. It wreaked of a woman that knew her worth but hasn't yet gripped how to truly believe that. Knowledge and belief are very different things. I know, in my head, that not everyone is out to get me when the sun is no longer up. Yet, every night I am home alone I stay away from windows and jump at every little noise.
